I didn't plan to become a personal trainer. I came to Australia in 2017 as an international student from Nepal, studying software engineering and carrying 30kg I didn't want. I was unhappy, out of shape and heading down a path that wasn't mine.
Then I found the gym.
What started as a way to lose weight became something much bigger. Powerlifting. Hyrox. A genuine love of training and food that didn't feel like punishment. I dropped 25kg and never looked back. Not because I followed some perfect plan, but because I found a way to make it simple, enjoyable and real.
I know this because I lived it myself. Before I became a trainer, I hired a coach and got proper guidance for the first time. That changed everything. I stopped chasing fad diets and trendy programs I found online, and finally had a clear plan that actually worked. After my own transformation, I fell in love with fitness so deeply that I completed my PT certification to help others with those same real-life learnings.
That is what I bring to every single client. No fad diets. No overcomplicated programs. Just honest, effective coaching from someone who has lived it. I know exactly what it feels like to start from scratch — and that is precisely what makes me exceptional at what I do.
